Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

To use most features of the Services, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

ARB RMS is a software platform that helps landlords manage rental properties, tenants, leases, payments, and maintenance. We do not act as a real-estate broker, payment processor, or escrow agent. All rent and other payments are made directly between you and your tenants.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and tenancy regulations in your jurisdiction.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your account will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the Services ("User Content"), including property information, tenant records, and documents. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services to you.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your tenants and other third parties before uploading their information.

You agree not to: (a) use the Services to violate any law or third-party rights; (b) upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content; (c) attempt to access other users' accounts or data; (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Services; (e) resell or sublicense access without our written permission.

All software, designs, logos, text, and other materials provided by ARB RMS are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARB RMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
